I was really excited about this sweater, and as nice as it looks, the sleeves are WAY too long (I’m 5’3 for reference). I couldn’t justify spending $50 on a sweater I wasn’t 100% in love with or fit me properly, so I requested a refund from Amazon. Amazon provided me a return barcode, and said that the seller would email me a shipping label within 5 days. When I reached out to the seller, I was informed that they COULD NOT ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND despite “Free Returns” being listed on Amazon. The seller offered a 50% refund because the shipping fee “is very expensive.” This is unacceptable, false advertising, and is not what is listed on Amazon.

If you’re going to buy this sweater, MAKE SURE YOU 100% WANT IT and that you read and evaluate the reviews VERY carefully before buying because you probably won’t get a full refund if the sweater doesn’t work out or meet your expectations. Remember, the 1-star reviews are there for a reason.

P.S. this is the message I received from the seller when I contacted them about the shipping label:

“Hello , We are regret that the sweater did not fit your size. We are deeply sorry for this. Because we are shipping from Asia,The shipping fee is very expensive.
