🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Dylan Myers 🌟 Meet Dylan Myers, Accounting Manager at CyrusOne, where he leads the Property Accounting team, focused on recording and analyzing operational expenses across our U.S. data center portfolio. He also collaborates with the broader accounting group on Joint Venture activity, helping ensure accurate and seamless financial reporting across CyrusOne's partnerships. What Dylan enjoys most about working at CyrusOne is the people and the collaborative environment. The more time he has spent here, the more he has come to appreciate the depth of experience and knowledge each team member brings, including the European accounting team, whose positive energy and enthusiasm make every interaction a highlight of his day. Dylan measures success by effort and impact: he knows he has done a great job when he has given everything he has, his team is thriving, and his contributions have helped the broader organization move key initiatives forward. Outside of work, Dylan stays active at the gym and on the hiking trail, and makes time to unwind with a favorite show and quality time with friends and family. 🌟 Thank you to Digital Garden Tokyo for bringing together such a thoughtful and engaged group of leaders to discuss the future of digital infrastructure across APAC. A highlight of the event was our EVP & Chief Strategy Officer, Krupal Raval, joining the APAC Leadership Roundtable. The discussion focused on the realities shaping growth in Japan today - from navigating power and land constraints to keeping pace with rapidly evolving customer demand as AI adoption accelerates. Across two days, what stood out was the quality of conversations. There is clear momentum across the region, but also a shared understanding that delivering at scale will depend on stronger alignment - between developers, customers, and policymakers. March was a month of momentum — across our industry, our communities, and our teams. At NVIDIA GTC in San Jose, California, we connected with customers and partners and explored the AI innovations shaping our sector. That energy carried to Platform UK in London, where Andreas Rathmann, Director of Power & Energy, and Emma Fryer, Director of Public Policy, took to the stage. Andreas shared how we're tackling the power challenge by partnering with energy companies and utilities, while Emma highlighted the need for real, long-term community partnerships. We also marked International Women's Day in Zaragoza, Spain, with Carolina Castro, Construction Project Manager, joining industry leaders at the Building in Equality forum to discuss leadership and access to opportunity across data centers and industrial sectors. In Austin, Texas, we welcomed 33 women from the NAWIC Austin Chapter #7 to our AUS3 data center during Women in Construction Week — offering a firsthand look at how we use advanced cooling systems, LED lighting, and CCMS platforms to maintain energy efficiency and support sustainable operations. And in Plano, Texas, Will Stark CDCDP, Account Manager, joined volunteers from AT&T and InzpireU for a Tech Titans Speed Mentoring session at Plano Senior High School, connecting with computer science students about real-world technology careers and the skills that open doors in STEM.
